Improved Help Section

The help guides have moved in an effort to improve the content. You can enjoy the new guides at help.squarespace.com.

Search- The search function is more responsive, simply type in the search field and select from a list of a list applicable entries.

Ratings- Take the guesswork out of selecting the files by using the ratings feature. The new system allows the user to find the most relevant answer to the question.  

Videos-  Aside from providing quality articles, they also provide help videos that outline many Squarespace functions. These videos are a useful supplement to their guides.  The videos have been recently updated to provide a more enjoyable viewing experience and to display on a wide range of devices.
